Absis Restaurant was born from the collaboration between Vilaplana Catering and chef Albert Raurich, former head chef of El Bulli and currently leading the restaurants Dos Palillos and Dos Pebrots, both awarded with one Michelin star.

A proposal that seeks excellence in Mediterranean flavors and highlights cultural and gastronomic heritage.
